 the "this book is loaned to" page and also made many corrections  deletions  etc

M1328 Cdn Rail Operating Rules   ,Canadian Rail Operating Rules (Excluding Train
 Order Control System and Movement by Signal Indication). Approved by the Minister
 of Transport  January 16  1990. Burlington Northern began using the CROR between
 Blaine  WA and Vancouver BC in December  1990. The rulebook normally came as a
 pocket-sized softbound book  but that would not conveniently fit into the 7-ring binder
 the company used at the time. This version of the CROR was done especially for BN
 employees but it's been a long time - I can't recall if these were received from The
 Railway Association of Canada in this format  or if Burlington Northern just took one
 of the bound books to a commercial printer and had these done. (There is nothing
 anywhere on these to indicate BN involvement.) Loose-leaf pages  5.5 x 8.5  7-hole
 punched.01-16-90 ,5.00
